Toss :-  South Africa won the toss and elected to bat first lets see what will happen either it is a good decision or not. And they are at lead of 2-1 till now and if they win this test , they will win series too so Autralia need now to tighten there Bowling.
The start:
A gift from Josh Hazlewood on the leg allows Dean Elgar to get off the mark with a four off the first ball of the Test. A decent first over from debutant Sayers, apart from one delivery bowled on leg, which Elgar clipped for a couple. It takes Aiden Markram seven deliveries to get off the mark, which he does by opening the face of his bat to a short and wide delivery from Hazlewood for a four, and follows it up with a wristy flick past mid-wicket for his second boundary in the same over. Markram, though, has been troubled by Hazlewood, with the bowler beating both the inside and outside edge in an over. South Africa are 15 for 0.

Spin does the trick:
Nathan Lyon strikes in his second over to send back Elgar for 19, ending a 53-run opening stand. Coming down the track, the left-hander tried to flick but the ball spun more than he expected, taking a leading edge which was held by a leaping Sayers at mid-off.

Day 1, Lunch:
A fifty for Markram, his second in succession, in the final over before Lunch. The batsman gets to the landmark with a straight drive off Sayers. South Africa are 88 for 1. Five bowlers used by Australia and only one - Lyon - was effective. Can the Australians come up with a better show in the second session or will South Africa pile on?
Fourth Test ton for Markram:
Mrkram near to his 4th ton and on the next ball he accomplish his 100
.
A fine innings from the youngster, who brings up his fourth Test ton in quick time - needing only 152 deliveries to get there, with 11 fours and a six. South Africa are 166 for 2.
After Tea break:-
After a short break when the match began again.Markram lead to his 150 runs .He was in great pleasure but soon after that fall of wickets took place one by one. This lead to reach 300 with a great difficulty. As South Africa started losing wickets within 10 runs to 300 total as they lost there main batsman Markram and after that AB De Villiars, Fa Du Plasi and many more. This was a graet pleasure for Australia but lead South Africa in difficulty. Australia should give support and encouragement to the bowlers who had lead Australia back into the game. And at last 88 over game DAY1 was over

At end of the first day
South Africa is 313/6 (88 overs)
